Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• * Administer medications and treatments to patients, following prescribed orders with precision, while monitoring and documenting
• *Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and symptoms, utilising clinical judgment to identify and communicate patient needs
• *Educate patients and their families on health care plans, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications, ensuring understanding with treatment protocols
• *Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement personalised care plans

Qualifications

• 1. Current registration as a healthcare professional (e.g., RGN, RMN) with relevant governing bodies.
• 2. Proven experience in delivering personalized care is desirable.
• 3. Strong clinical judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 4. Ability to educate and engage patients and families in care plans.
• 5. A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• 6. Eligibility to work in the UK with an enhanced DBS check.
