To register with Nova Healthcare, please provide the following documents:
- Right to work in the UK and proof of your National Insurance Number.
- Completed application form, including the handbook
- Occupational Health form and related blood reports
- CV detailing of work/education history, including any gaps
- Two references
- Two current proofs of address
- DBS application/DBS Update Service
- Overseas Police Check (if applicable)
- Degree certificate
- Life Support Certificate (ALS, BLS, PBLS, etc.). If your training is not up-to-date, contact us to arrange a course
- Annual competency updates
