Responsibilities

• * Provide essential mental health support, including crisis intervention and emergency basic life support, while adhering to safety protocols.

• * Monitor and document individuals' mental health, ensuring clear and effective communication with all members of the healthcare support team.

Qualifications

• 1. Previous experience in mental health support or caregiving is desirable but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
• 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• 3. Compassion, patience, and an empathetic approach to care.
• 4. Training in crisis intervention, safeguarding, and basic life support (or willingness to complete training).
• 5. Eligibility to work in the UK, with an enhanced DBS check.
• 6. A commitment to ongoing learning and development in mental health care practices.
