Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• * Support individuals with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• * Assist with meals, including preparation and feeding when necessary.
• * Help with daily activities to promote independence and well-being.
• * Provide companionship and a listening ear to residents.
• * Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• 1. Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing quality care.
• 2. No prior experience required, but previous caregiving experience is a plus.
• 3. Training in basic first aid and manual handling (or willingness to complete training).
• 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5. Eligibility to work in the UK with an enhanced DBS check.

Working conditions
